Please read these policies before booking. They exist to protect both you and the studio, and to ensure every session runs smoothly.
All sessions at Middle Grey Studio are by appointment only. Walk-in bookings are not accepted. To secure your preferred date and time slot, a deposit payment is required.
After sending payment, upload your proof of payment through the booking form or send it via Facebook Messenger to @middlegreystudio. The studio will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

Each session is 1.5 hours long with a 30-minute buffer between slots. The last session of any day ends at 4:30 PM.
The remaining balance (total package price minus the ₱500 deposit) is due on the day of your session, before it begins. The studio accepts GCash and UnionBank transfer.
A booking is only considered confirmed once: (1) the deposit has been paid, (2) proof of payment has been submitted, and (3) the studio has replied with a confirmation message. Unconfirmed slots are released back to the public after 24 hours.
We understand that life happens. The following policies apply to cancellations and rescheduling requests.
In the rare event that the studio must cancel (e.g., emergency, illness, or force majeure), we will:
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled session time and have not communicated with the studio, the session will be considered a no-show. The deposit is forfeited and the slot is released. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
This policy exists because when a slot is reserved for you, it is removed from availability for all other potential clients. The deposit compensates the studio for that reserved time.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your session experience (not the photos — see Files & Gallery Policy), please reach out to the studio within 48 hours. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.
Studio-initiated refunds are processed via the original payment method (GCash or bank transfer) within 3–5 business days of the confirmed cancellation.
Edited photos are delivered via a private online gallery link within 24 hours of your session. The link will be sent to the email address you provided during booking.
The number of edited images delivered corresponds to your chosen package. The studio selects the best shots from the session. Requests for additional edits beyond the package allotment are charged at ₱50 per image.
RAW (unedited) files are only included in The Legacy (Premium) packages. RAW files are not available for purchase separately. All other packages receive fully edited, high-resolution JPEG files.
Middle Grey Studio maintains a consistent warm, natural editing style. Specific filter requests or heavy editing alterations (skin smoothing beyond standard retouching, body modification, etc.) are not offered. The studio's editing style is visible in the gallery portfolio on the website.
Each booking is entitled to one round of minor revision requests (e.g., color tone, brightness adjustments) submitted within 5 days of gallery delivery. Requests beyond this are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Packages that include prints (5×7 or 12×16) will have prints ready for pickup or delivery within 5–7 business days of gallery delivery. The client selects their preferred prints from the delivered gallery.

The studio will never sell your images to third parties or use them in any context other than its own promotional materials. Images of minors are handled with particular care and will not be used without explicit parental/guardian consent.
If you prefer that your photos not appear in the studio's portfolio or social media, simply notify us via message or email before your session. There is no fee or penalty for opting out, and it will not affect the quality or priority of your session.
All photographs created during your session remain the intellectual property and copyright of Middle Grey Studio / Francis Ian Zaluaga. The client receives a personal-use license only. The studio retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
When sharing your photos on social media, we kindly ask that you tag or credit @middlegreystudio. It helps other families find us and means a lot to our small studio. Thank you!
